Extra Service
When buying a ticket, a passenger has an option to buy a set of extra service to be included into the cost of the ticket. This is a lunch box in the compartment, beds made up by a conductor, tea and coffee free of charge, newspapers, mineral water, plastic plates, and toilet articles. If a passenger does not purchase this package, he/she will have to pay in the train but not all the aforesaid service will be available (for instance, a passenger will make up the bed himself, have dinner only in the dinning car). Usually, part of carriages in a train is sold only with this service, and the others are sold without service. One cannot buy a service-free ticket to a carriage with service, or vice versa. The list and quality of service depends on the carriage category, train category, train rating.
* In the international communication cost of bed clothes is included into the cost of a berth ticket.
